郑州市二七区居民1984～2003年恶性肿瘤死亡分析

目的]分析郑州市二七区恶性肿瘤死亡率及动态变化.方法]利用郑州市二七区居民全死因登记报告资料,统计分析1984～2003年恶性肿瘤死亡率.结果]1984～2003年郑州市二七区居民恶性肿瘤年均死亡率为78.91/10万,中国标准人口调整死亡率为60.00/10万,呈下降趋势,但是在全死因中的构成则逐渐上升,恶性肿瘤在居民中的死因顺位由1987年的第3位上升到2003年的首位.肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌和肠癌居恶性肿瘤死亡的前5位.结论]郑州市恶性肿瘤死亡率虽呈下降趋势,但仍处于较高水平,应采取综合措施预防恶性肿瘤.

An Analysis of the Trend of Cancer Mortality from 1984 to 2003 in Erqi District in Zhengzhou City

Purpose]To investigate the trend of cancer mortality in Zhengzhou city.Methods]The data of all death causes of residents in the registry were used to analyze the cancer mortality.Results]The annual average mortality of cancer and the age-adjusted mortality by Chinese standard population (1982) was 78.91/105 and 60.00/105 respectively from 1984 to 2003 in Zhengzhou city.Although the mortality of cancer decreased,the rank of cancer mortality rate ascended from the third in 1987 to the first in 2003.The proceeding top 5 ranked cancers were lung cancer, liver cancer,stomach carcinoma, esophagus carcinoma and colon carcinoma.Conclusions]Although the cancer mortality is decreasing in Zhengzhou city,it is still at a high level.It is necessary to take comprehensive procedures for cancer prevention.
