Journal club教学在泌尿外科研究生科研素质培养中的作用

摘    要:目的 研究Journal club教学在泌尿外科研究生科研素质培养中的作用。方法 选取泌尿外科专业研究生18名为研究对象,分别于2012年6至12月采用读书报告形式培养其科研素质.2013年1至6月采用Journal club教学培养其科研素质。教学结束后,采用问卷测评不同教学方法下,研究生语言表达能力、文献归纳整理能力、文献阅读量、专业英语阅读能力及研究生满意度评分。采用SPSS16.0软件包,计量数据以x^-±s表示,组间比较采用t检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果采用Journal club教学法研究生语言表达能力、文献的归纳整理能力、文献阅读量、专业英语阅读能力及参会人员满意度评分均较读书报告教学法有明显提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论 Journal club教学是培养泌尿外科研究生科研素质和能力可行而有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Journal club in postgraduate education. Methods 18 postgraduates were chosen as subjects who received education of book report from Jun 2012 to Dec 2012 and received education of Journal club from Jan 2013 to Jun 2013. After the teaching, questionnaires were used to evaluate postgraduates' language expression ability, literature inductive ability literature reading quantity, English reading ability, satisfaction degree. SPSS 16.0 software package was used, measurement data was represented in x^ -+ s, and groups were compared by t test, with the test level a=0.05. Results Postgraduates' language expression ability, literature inductive ability, literature reading quantity, English reading ability, satisfaction degree when they ado- pted Journal club method were better than when they adopted book report method and there was significant difference between two groups(P=0.00). Conclusion Journal clubs teaching was practicable and effective teaching method to cultivate the urological postgraduates' scientific research qualities and abilities.
