三联汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎63例

目的探讨三联汤联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）的临床疗效。方法选择CHB患者126例，随机分为两组，对照组患者口服拉米夫定，100mg／次，1次／d；治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服三联汤。疗程均为1年。结果三联汤联合拉米夫定治疗CHB可促进患者肝功能改善，增强抗HBV作用，HBeAg阴转率、HBeAg血清转换率方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．005）。结论三联汤联合拉米夫定治疗CHB可促进患者肝功能改善，增强抗HBV作用，使HBeAg转换获得良好的免疫应答。

Combination of Sanlian Tang and Lamivudine Tablets Treating 63 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating chronic hepatitis B （CHB）patients with combination of Sanlian Tang and Lamivudine Tablets. Methods 126 patients with CHB were divided into two groups. The antitheses group took orally Lamivudine Tablets 100mg once every day, and the therapeutic group added Sanlian Tang to take orally on the base of antitheses group, both with a course of one year. Results It can accelerate patients mending in the function of liver to treat CHB patients with combination of Sanban Tang and Lamivudine Tablets,gather head function of resisting HBV, and the therapeutic group was better on quotiety of HBeAg turning into negative and HBeAg serum switehover than the antitheses group （P〈0.005）. Conclusions It can accelerate patients mending in function of liver to treat CHB patients with combination of Sanlian Tang and Lamivudine Tablets,gather head function of resisting HBV, and transform HBeAg to obtain nicer immunity reaction.
