| 摘 要： | 目的比较红心鸭蛋与普通鸭蛋类胡萝卜素提取物对胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖与凋亡的作用。方法采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法、流式细胞术、免疫组化法。结果红心鸭蛋类胡萝卜素提取物对SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制作用、凋亡诱导作用及上调促凋亡基因bcl-2、下调抑制凋亡基因Bax表达的作用显著强于普通鸭蛋类胡萝卜素提取物。结论红心鸭蛋类胡萝卜素提取物对SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制与凋亡诱导作用均显著强于普通红心鸭蛋类胡萝卜素提取物。
