四关穴配曲鬓透率谷治疗56例偏头痛即时疗效观察

目的:观察四关穴配曲鬓透率谷治疗偏头痛的即时疼痛缓解情况。方法:纳入临床门诊患者111例,随机分成两组,针刺组56例采用针刺四关穴配曲鬓透率谷治疗,对照组55例口服芬必得酚咖片,评价两组治疗前及治疗后2h头痛强度视觉模拟评分(VAS)值,询问治疗前、后1周头痛发作次数。结果:两组均取得显著疗效,针刺治疗组患者痊愈12例,显效41例,无效3例,总有效率94.6%;对照组55例,痊愈11例,显效42例,无效2例,总有效率96.4%,两组没有显著差异性(P>0.05),VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),芬必得组较针刺组更明显(P<0.05);针刺组随访1周的头痛发作次数比治疗前1周显著减少(P<0.05),对照组不明显(P>0.05)。结论:四关穴配曲鬓透率谷对偏头痛治疗及预防发作具有很好的效果。

Treatment Observation on the Instant Effects of Needing Si Guan Points Matching QuBin Penetration Shuai Gu in Treating Migraine

Objective： To observe the instant effects of needing Si Guan points （He Gu （LI4） and Tai Chong （Liv3）） matching Qu Bin （GBT） penetration Shuai Gu （GB8） in treating migraine. Methods： 112 outpatients who were suffering migraine were randomly divided into two groups： 56 cases in needing group treated with needing Si Guan points matching QuBin penetration Shuai Gu just one time, and 55 cases in controlled group were treated by Fenbid. The instant therapy effect was evaluated by visual analog scores （VAS） after 2h of treatment and frequencies of headache attack after one week of treatment in both group. Results Two groups made a remarkable curative effect, and no significant differences between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. In needing group 12 cases patients got fully recovered, 41eases were markedly improved, only 3 cases were invalid out of the 56 patients, and the total effective rate reached to 94. 6% , as in controlled group 11 cases patients got fully recovered, 42cases were markedly improved, 2 cases were invalid out of the 55 patients, the total effective rate reached to 96. 4%. There were significant differences before and after the treatment for VAS in both groups （P〈0.05）. And headache attack frequencies had reduced obviously in a week before and after treatment （P〈0. 05 ） in needing group, controlled group was not. Conclusion： This kind of acupuncture therapy has a remarkable short-term effect to reduce the degree of headache and frequencies of attack.
