| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方消绒颗粒在绒癌化疗中的临床疗效。方法:将69例绒癌化疗患者随机分为治疗组(静脉化疗+复方消绒颗粒)38例,对照组(单纯应用西药静脉化疗)31例,观察两组患者治疗前后症状改善及化疗毒副反应程度。结果:治疗组缓解率与对照组相比,没有明显差异,但在化疗毒副反应程度方面比较,治疗组优于对照组。结论:绒癌化疗辅佐颗粒在绒癌化疗中值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of compound Xiaorong Granules on treating chorlocarcinoma. Methods： 69 patients with choriocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups： 38eases in treatment group （Intravenous chemo-therapy ＋ compound Xiaorong Granules） , 31 cases in the control group （Intravenous chemotherapy）. Cardinal symptom impro-ving and the sex hormone changes were compared. Results： There were no statistically significant differences on improving the symptoms in the two groups, but the treatment group was better than control group in improving side effects of chemotherapy. Conclusion： It is effective and safe to treat choricarcinoma with Compound Xiaorong Granules in clinic. |
