| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找有效的治疗功能性便秘途径。方法:将280例患者随机分为治疗组140例和对照组140例。治疗组采用济川煎加减治疗,对照组采用福松(聚乙二醇4000)治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.4%,对照组总有效率为87.9%。结论:运用济川煎并随症加减治疗功能性便秘有着良好的疗效,可供临床借鉴。

| Abstract: | Objective： To find effective ways of treating functional constipation. Methods： 280 cases of functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group evenly, whichwere treated respectively by means of Jichuan Decoction and Fosson （PEG 4000）. Results： The total effective rate was 96.4% in the treatment group and 87. 9% in the control group. Conclusion ： Treating functional constipation in way of modifying Jichuan Decoction has a good curative effect for clinical reference. |
