浅谈医学生法律教育的一些问题

随着社会发展和人口老龄化,人民对于生命健康和生活质量的要求愈来愈高。医疗技术革新滞后、医疗条件改善不足、医疗成本日益增加和人民群众对医生过高的期望,导致医疗纠纷不断,医患关系紧张。究其原因,与当今医学生的法律教育不无相关。本文从医学生及医学教育体制两方面浅谈医学生法律教育中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的改进措施,为探索适应社会需求的医学教育提供参考。

Jurisprudential Education for Medical Students:Problems and Improvement Measures

With the development of society and the aging of population,people are more and more concerned about their health and living qualities.However,the delayed revolution of medical technology,the lack of medical condition improvement,the increase of medical cost as well as the extortionate expectation to doctors have caused endless dispute in medical treatment and tensive relationships between doctors and patients.When get to the bottom of the phenomenon,we think the reasons are related to the jurisprudential education for medical students today.Here,we superficially discuss on some problems of jurisprudential education in medical students,including medical students themselves and the medical education system itself.Meanwhile,we try to propose relative improvement measures to solve the problems and thus to provide references for education of medical students.
