针刺结合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗偏头痛临床效观察

目的:观察针刺结合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将84例偏头痛患者,随机分为两组,每组42例,观察组采用针刺结合盐酸替扎尼定片进行治疗,对照组采用内服中药进行治疗,2个疗程后对两组治疗总有效率进行比较。结果:观察组中,痊愈10例,显效18例,有效12例,无效2例,有效率为95.23%;对照组中,痊愈6例,显效12例,有效11例,无效13例,有效率为69.04%;两组有效率进行比较,采用卡方检验进行统计分析,两组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05),针刺结合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗组的疗效明显优于中药组。结论:针刺结合盐酸替扎尼定片治疗偏头痛患者的疗效显著,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation onMigraine Headache that was Treated by Acupuncture and Tizanidine

Objective： Applying acupuncture of practitioner of Chinese medicine and Tizanidine to treat the aged patients with migraine headache and observing the clinical effects and the clinical value of it. Methods： There were 84patients whowere treated in our hospital in October 2008to September 2011, they were divided into two team randomly. One team used acupuncture of practitioner of Chinese medicine and Tizanidine, the other group used traditional Chinese drug. Observing the clinical effects with the two groups in two courses of treatment. Result： In acupuncture group, there were 10patients well, 18patients were ex- cellence, 12patients were effective and 2patients were ineffective, the effective rate was 95. 23% ; In traditional Chinese drug group, there were 6patients were well, 12patients were excellence, 1 lpatients were effective and 13patients were ineffective, the effective rate was 69.04%, therapeutic effect in acupuncture and Tizanidine was better than in traditional Chinese drug. Con-clusion： Applying acupuncture of practitioner of Chinese medicine and izanidine to treat the aged patients with migraine head- ache. It improves the recovery of the aged patients with migraine headache.
