血脂异常对冠心病药物洗脱支架择期植入前后中医证型演变规律影响的研究

目的:探讨血脂异常对冠心病(CHD)药物洗脱支架植入前后中医证型演变规律的影响。方法:对两家三甲医院140例术前诊断为冠心病合并血脂异常且符合其它各项标准的病例,按术前、术后24小时、术后1周、术后1月、术后3月、术后6月完成中医病史的采集及证型的辨别,最后进行整理、统计和分析。结果:合并血脂异常者的血瘀证、痰浊证分布明显增多(P<0.05或P<0.01)。介入治疗对其血瘀证、气滞证有明显效果,同时也加重正气的损伤。结论:血脂异常主要对CHD药物洗脱支架择期植入前后的痰浊证、血瘀证产生明显影响。

Study on Changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in CHD with dyslipidemia around Intervention Treat-ment with DES in Selected Date

Objective： To explore Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes in CHD with dyslipidemia distribution and changing rule around intervention treatment with DES implanted, and influences of syndromes on account of PCI. Methods： The syndromes of 140 patients of CHD implanted DES with implanted dyslipidemia were analyzed according to six different times around PCI： before, after 24 hours, after 1 week, after 1 month, after 3 months, after 6 months. Results ： CHD with dyslipidemia, the counts of blood stasis syndrome and Phlegm-turbid syndrome had a significant increase at every times （ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01 ）, it had significant effects to blood stasis syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome by PCI with DES, it increased losses of asthenic healthy Qi too. Conclusions： It has significant effects to Phlegm-turbid syndrome and blood stasis syndrome in CHD with dyslipidemia by PCI with DES.
