| 摘 要： | 目的:考察从五味子科分离到的30种木脂素的体外抗氧化活性,筛选出具有较强抗氧化活性的化合物。方法:通过总抗氧化能力和DPPH自由基清除能力,对30种木脂素进行抗氧化活性测试。结果:(+)-安五脂素、内消旋二氢愈创木脂酸和五味子酯甲表现出较强抗氧化活性。结论:本文研究了五味子中木脂素类的抗氧化活性,为五味子科植物的研究开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate antioxidant activity of the 30lignans from schisandraceae in vitro. Methods： Detecting the total antioxidant capacity and scavenging DPPH activity of 301ignans. RESULTS： （＋） -Anwulignan, Meso-dihydroguaiaretie acid and Schisantherin showed potent antioxidant ability. Conclusion： This article has studied the antioxidant activity of lignans from schisandraeeae, in order to provide a reference for the research of schisandraceae. |
