针刺五脏俞穴 鬼穴治疗广泛性焦虑障碍临床对照研究

目的:观察针刺五脏俞穴、鬼穴治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:76例广泛性焦虑障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组针刺五脏俞穴、鬼穴,对照组针刺常规穴,4周后,比较两组治疗前后及两组间汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分变化。结果:治疗4周后,两组HAMA、WHOQOL-BREF评分治疗后较前均有明显好转,差异均具有显著性,(P<0.01);两组间比较治疗组优于对照组,差异具有显著性,(P<0.01)。结论:针刺五脏俞穴、鬼穴治疗广泛性焦虑障碍临床疗效优于针刺常规穴,临床值得推广。

Clinical Controlled Research on the Therapeutic Effect of Needling Shu-acupoints of Five Zang Organs and Gui Acupoints in Treating Generalized Anxiety Disordert

Objective： To observe the effect of needling Shu-acupoints of Five Zang Organs and Gui acupoints in treating GAD and the influences of life quality. Methods ： 76 GAD Patients were Randomly allocated to 2 groups. Treatment group was treated with needling Shu-aeupoints of Five Zang Organs and Gui aeupoints and control group was treated with acupuncture rou- tine aeupoints. After 4 weeks, compared the change of HAMA and WHOQOL-BREF of the 2 groups,. Results ： After 4 weeks, HAMA were both reduced in 2 groups, WHOQOL-BREF was both improved in 2 groups, there were significant differences （ P〈 0. 01 ） before and after treatment, treatment group was better than control group, there was significant difference （ P〈0.01 ） ~ Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of needling Shu-aeupoints of Five Zang Organs and Gui aeupoints is better than acupuncture routine acupoints in treating GAD. It is worth popularizing.
