5-氟尿嘧啶化疗致口腔黏膜炎对生活质量的影响

目的调查5-氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗致口腔黏膜炎的现状，针对性采取护理措施，以提高患者的生活质量。方法各疗程化疗开始时到化疗后15d时，对50例患者进行调查，采用口腔黏膜炎分度标准及日常生活观察指标，观察和评估口腔黏膜炎的程度和对日常生活的影响。结果50例5-氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗致口腔黏膜炎发生14例，Ⅰ度6例，Ⅱ度4例，Ⅲ度3例，Ⅳ度1例；口腔黏膜炎不同程度影响患者进食、交流、睡眠，降低了患者生活质量。结论5-氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗患者易发生口腔黏膜炎，严重影响患者生活质量，通过预防和对症护理，可以减少不适感觉。

Investigation on oral mucositis caused by 5-fluorouracil chemotherapy and the influence to the quality of life

Objective To investigate the current state of oral mucositis mused by 5 - fluorouracil chemotherapy and take corresponding nursing intervention in order to improve the patients＇ quality of life. Methods Investigate 50 patients from the beginning of all chemotherapies to 15 d after chemotherapy by indexing standard of oral mucositis and daily life observation index. Observe and evaluate the level of oral mucositis and the influence to daily life. Result Oral mucositis happened in 14 cases of patients after 5 -fluorouracil chemotherapy： degree Ⅰ in 6 cases, degree Ⅱ in 4 cases, degree Ⅲ in 3 cases and degree Ⅳ in Ⅰ case. Oral mucositis affects patients＇ eating, communication and sleep in different degrees and decrease the patients＇ quality of life. Conclusion Oral mucositis affects patients＇ quality of life badly. Prevention and symptomatic nursing care can alleviate the discomfort.
