微创自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的临床分析

目的观察闭合复位自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干粉碎性骨折的效果。方法自2007年3月至2010年4月收治26例肱骨干粉碎性骨折,采用闭合复位顺行髓内钉固定,术后定期随访摄X线片,观察骨折愈合情况,并采用Costant评分系统对肩关节功能评分。结果所有患者接受半年至1年的随访,平均愈合时间为4.2个月,肢体功能恢复满意,肩关节Costant评分92.5±5.5。结论采用闭合复位微创顺行自锁钉治疗肱骨粉碎性骨折具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少优点,是临床治疗肱骨中下段粉碎骨折较好的固定方法。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive insertion of self-locking intramedullary nail in treating humeral comminuted fracture

Objective To observe the effects of closed reduction in treatment of the humeral comminuted fracture with self-locking intramedullary nail.Methods From March 2007 and Jun 2010,26 patients with humeral comminuted fractures with were treated with closed reduction treatment of the humeral fracture with self-locking intramedullary nail.The plain films were taken regularly to evaluate the union of the fractures,and the Constant score system was used to evaluate the shoulder functions.Results All the patients were followed up 1/2 to 1 year,the bony healing occurred in all patients with the average healing time at 4.2 months and the function of extremities recovered well in most patients.The Constant score of shoulder joint was(92.5±5.5).Conclusion Minimally invasive insertion of anterograde self-locking intramedullary nail to treat the humeral comminuted fracture has advantages of causing little operative,quick rehabilitation and less complications after operation.It is an effective method to treat humeral comminuted fracture.
