| 摘 要： | 肿瘤干细胞是存在于肿瘤组织内数量极少的既保持干细胞自我更新能力又能够导致肿瘤发生、发展的一群细胞.目前,在白血病中肿瘤干细胞的研究较为深入,在一些实体肿瘤如乳腺癌、神经系统肿瘤中也发现了肿瘤干细胞存在的证据.肿瘤干细胞的研究正逐渐得到重视并成为恶性肿瘤研究领域新的热点和方向.明确肿瘤干细胞的生物学性状及其导致肿瘤发生的内在机制,并以肿瘤干细胞为靶标开展相关研究,就有可能为肿瘤治疗提供新的手段并最终为根治恶性肿瘤带来希望.

| Abstract: | Cancer stem ceils are defined as rare ceils in cancer tissues with indefinite potential for self-renewal that drives tumorigenesis. It was first extensively documented for leukaemia and multiple myeloma. It has also been found in solid cancers such as human breast cancer and nervous system tumors. Studies of cancer stem cell biology and mechanisms of tumorigenesis are lending insight into the origins of cancer and will ultimately yield new approaches to fight cancer. |
