病理尸体解剖50例资料分析

目的 分析探讨嘉兴市病理质控中心近10年来所行的50例尸解病例的特点。方法 对50例尸解病例的性别构成、年龄分布、病理诊断、死因及病理诊断与临床诊断的符合率进行统计分析。结果 50例尸解病例中，26例（52％）是通过尸检才明确死因的，27例（54％）有医疗纠纷。尸检结果提示有26例为非医疗过失纠纷。结论 尸体对明确诊断、化解医疗纠纷，提高医疗水平都有积极作用，应大力提倡和开展。

Analyses of 50-case pathologic autopsies

Objective To analyze the characters of 50-case pathologic autopsies that were carried out in the Jiaxing Pathologic Quality Control Center in recently ten years.Method The sex,age,pathologic diagnosis,causes of death and the coincidence rate between pathologic and clinical diagnosis were statistically analyzed.Result The death causes of 26 cases (52%) were determined through pathologic autopsies.27 cases (54%) were involved in the medical tangles.The results of autopsies indicated that 26 (54%) cases were not relative to medical fault.ConclusionThe autopsies are very useful for determining diagnosis,solving the medical tangle and improving the medical techniques.Autopsy should be advocated and developed.
