| 摘 要： | 阐述了目前护理质量检测、控制与评价方法存在护理质量管理标准滞后、护理质量检查方法单一、护理质量评价内容不全面等问题,护理服务基础质量未引起足够重视。提出增加护理人员编制及加强相关部门的管理,将有利于提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | It expatiated some problems existed in nursing quality detection,control and its evaluation methods that including the hysteresis of management standard of nursing quality,simple detection method of nursing quality,and incomplete of evaluation content of nursing quality.Basic quality of nursing service was not to be thought highly.And it put forward that to increase the authorized strength of nursing staff and to strengthen management of related department can help to enhance nursing quality. |
