小城市公众急救培训

目的 对公众开展急救知识调查、培训．以探索小城市公众急救知识普及性培训的方法。方法 2000年1～3月及2004年1～3月采取随机一整群抽样方法分别对不同人群中的3475人、3612人进行公众急救意识与知识调查，共计完成市民急救知识培训21375人次，并对2318人培训前后进行调查。同时记录市民参与院前急救的情况。结果 公众急救意识与知识总合格率第一次凋查为25．34％，第二次调查为38．46％．第二次调查比第一次调查有明显提高，92．11％接受培训人员能够基本掌握初级现场急救知识，公众参与院前急救有所提高。结论 在小城市，以急救中心为主开展公众急救知识普及性培训，效果明显，切实可行。

Popularization of first aid knowledge to the general public in small towns

Objective To study the popularization methods of first aid knowledge to the general public through survey and training.Methods The first aid knowledge was surveyed in the different population group of 3 475 and 3 612 with the methods of random -cluster sampling from January to March in 2000 and 2004. The popularization of first aid knowledge was finished in 21 375 persons and followed up in 2 318 persons. Results The eligible rate of awareness and knowledge about first aid in the public was 25.34% in the first survey and 38.46% in the second. The improvement was significant. In the persons who were trained, 92.11% could grasp the on-site aid knowledge. The number of people involved in pre-hospital care was increased.Conclusion It is feasible to educate first aid knowledge to the public through the Emergency Center in small towns.
