摘 要: | 目的了解中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、DDT和马拉硫磷抗药性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用WHO区分剂量标准和方法,观察首只蚊虫击倒时间、击倒率和死亡率,根据校正死亡率判定抗性级别。结果襄州区、广水市、京山县中华按蚊对DDT、溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯首只蚊虫击倒时间依次为4~42 min、4~20 min和5~18 min,击倒率依次为2.06%~6.60%、4.9%~11.43%和3.23%~23.47%,校正死亡率均小于50%,均为抗性群体;对马拉硫磷首只蚊虫击倒时间10~13 min,击倒率17.76%~35.05%,校正死亡率广水市小于80%为抗性群体、襄州区和京山县在82.6%~88.78%,为初步抗性群体。结论湖北省部分地区中华按蚊对DDT仍具有很高的抗药性,对溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯也具有很强的抗药性和抗击倒力。应加强监测,现场防制宜适当加大使用剂量,确保防制效果。

Abstract: | Objective To understanad the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to deltamethrin, cyfluthrin, DDT and malathi- on. Methods The knockdown time of the first Anopheles, the knockdown rate and the mortality were recorded by WHO dis- crimination dose method and the resistance degree was determined. Results The knockdown time of the first Anophele and the knockdown rate to DDT, deltamethrin and cyfluthrin were 4-42min, 4-20rain and 5-18min,and 2.06-6.60%, 4.9 - 11.43% and 3.23 -23.47% ,the corrected mortality all were less than 50%, the Anopheles were resistance group in the three areas; The knockdown time of the first Anophele ,the knockdown rate to Malathion were 10-13rain and 17.76 - 35.05%, and ,the corrected mortality was less than 80% in Cuangshui city, the Anopheles had were resistance group, the corrected mortality was 82.6-88.78% in Xiangzhou district and Jingshan county, the Anopheles was preliminarily a resistant group. Conclusion The resistance of Anopheles sinensis to DDT was still higher in some areas in Hubei, the resistance and anti-knockdown rate of Anopheles sinensis to cyfluthrin, deltamethrin were also high. Thus the work of monitoring be strengthened and the dose of insec- ticide be increased to maintain effective rushs.. |
