颈动脉斑块影像学的研究进展

颈动脉斑块(CP)是动脉粥样硬化的早期体征,作为影响血管疾病危险因素的一项敏感指标备受关注。近年来,CP的研究热点主要集中于易损斑块的定性、定量分析。对斑块在发生、发展过程中的准确诊断是临床的焦点问题。现就超声诊断、CT血管造影、磁共振血管成像等手段检测CP的部位、大小、成分、稳定性等方面的应用与发展进行综述。

Research Progress in Carotid Plaque Imaging

The carotid plaque(CP)is an early sign of atherosclerosis,being paid much attention to as a sensitive index of vascular disease risk factor.In recent years,the research of CP is mainly focused on the vulnerable plaque qualitative and quantitative analysis.The accurate diagnosis in the occurrence,development process is the focus in clinical.Here is to make a review on the application and development of ultrasound,CT angiography technology,and magnetic resonance imaging in the detection of CP position,size,composition,stability,and so on.
