MMP-2和uPA在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)的表达情况以及它们与结肠癌的关系。方法收集了55例病理学确证的结肠癌组织标本(病例组)和30例结肠癌癌旁的正常组织标本(对照组),采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测其MMP-2、uPA的表达。结果病例组中的MMP-2、uPA的表达率分别为74.54%、61.82%,对照组的MMP-2、uPA的表达率分别为33.33%、16.67%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(MMP-2,χ2=13.737,P〈0.001;uPA,χ2=15.938,P〈0.001)。结肠癌组织中MMP-2、uPA的表达与癌组织的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期显著相关(P均〈0.05)。MMP-2与uPA的表达呈正相关(rs=0.572,P=0.000)。结论MMP-2、uPA的表达与结肠癌的侵袭、转移密切相关,二者联合检测可作为判断结肠癌发展及预后的分子指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-2 and uPA in co]on carcinoma.Methods Fifty-five colon cancer cases and 30 normal control tissues were collected, the expression of MMP-2 and uPA in two groups were detected by SP immnohistochemistry.Results Colon cancer tissue MMP-2 and uPA expression rates were 74.54% and 61.82%, and MMP-2 and uPA expression rates in the control group were 33.33%, 16.67% ,showing statistically significant diffeernces (MMP-2, X2=13.737, P〈0. 001 ; uPA, X2=15.938, P〈0. 001)~ The positive rates of MMP-2 and uPA in colon cancer tissues were significandy related to invasive depth, lymph-node metastasis, tumor stag, showing a positive correlation between MMP-2 and uPA expression(r.=0.572, P =0.000).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and uPA was closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon carcinoma, and MMP-2 expression was positively correlated with uPA expression. A combined detection of MMP-2 and uPA carl be used to determine the development and prognosis of colon
