非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术的临床分析

目的 探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析98例非脱垂子宫切除术。其中28例经阴道子宫切除、33例经腹腔镜子宫切除、37例经腹子宫切除，术前术后情况，包括年龄、产次、盆腔手术史、子宫大小以及术后子宫重量、术中出血量、手术时间、输血情况、住院时间、住院总费用等。结果 23例经阴道子宫切除无1例中专开腹，无术中并发症发生。3组比较，切除子宫重量无统计学意义；经阴道子宫切除组在手术时间、排气时间、住院总费用方面优于其他两组：住院时间经阴道组与经腹腔镜组相近，均优于开腹组。结论 非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术可行、创伤小、费用低，值得临床推广。

The Clinical Analysis on Transvaginal Hyster-ectomy to Non-Prolapse Uterus

Objective To discuss on transvaginal hyster-ectomy to non- prolapse uterus. Methods Analyzing 98 cases of womb excision, 28 cases after vagina womb excision, 33 cases after peritoneoscope womb excision, 37 cases after abdomen womb excision. Results 23 cases of vaginal hysterectomy without one case of secondary open, no intraoperative complications occurred. In 3 groups, excision womb weight had no statistics significance; Vaginal hysterectomy group in the operation, exhaust, total hospital costs was better than the other two; The stay in hospital of the vaginal group was similar to laparoscopic group, but both better than that of the abdomen. Conclusion Transvaginal hyster-ectomy to non- prolapse uterus is feasible, small wounds, low-cost, and worthy of clinical promotion.
