幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌组织中hMSH2、p27蛋白表达的关系

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与错配修复基因hMSH2和抑癌基因p27蛋白在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。方法用免疫组化SP法对65例胃癌患者癌组织进行hMSH2和p27蛋白检测,其中Hp感染32例,非Hp感染33例。结果65例胃癌患者癌组织中hMSH2蛋白表达率为66.15%,在非Hp感染组为81.82%,明显高于Hp感染组的50.00%(P<0.05);65例胃癌患者癌组织中p27蛋白的表达率为47.69%,非Hp感染组与Hp感染组的表达率分别为48.48%与46.88%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论Hp感染可导致hMSH2蛋白表达降低,可能使hMSH2识别碱基错配的能力下降,从而使失活的p27基因得不到有效修复,导致胃癌的发生、发展及向恶性转化。

Infection of helicobacter pylori and hMSH2 and p27 expression in gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the correlation of mismatch repair gene hMSH2 protein and p27 expression with helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed for hMSH2 and p27 in gastric carcinoma,in which there were 32 cases infected with Hp,while 33 cases were not infected.Results The rates of hMSH2 and p27 expression were 66.15% and 47.69% ,respectively.In gastric carcinoma Hp infected and no infected groups,the rates of hMSH2 and p27 expression were 50.00% and 48.48%,and 81.82% and 46.88%,respectively.There was significant difference in the former ( P<0.05) while not in the latter( P>0.05).Conclusion Hp infection can decrease hMSH2 expression and damage its function to recogonize base mispairing in gastric carcinoma,and make inactivated p27 not be repaired efficiently,and then malignant process of gastric carcinoma is accelerated.
