冠状动脉病变程度与踝臂指数的关系研究

目的探讨冠状动脉病变狭窄程度与踝臂指数（ABI）的关系。方法入选180例冠脉造影患者，术前收集患者基线资料，行ABI及冠状动脉造影检查，根据ABI值分为对照组（≥0．9）80例，观察组（〈0．9）100例，统计分析两组冠脉病变程度的异同，并应用回归分析，观察冠状动脉病变程度与ABI的关系。结果观察组Gensini积分、三支病变及复杂的B2／C病变构成比例显著增高（P〈0．05）；多个心血管危险因子与ABI〈0．9存在相关性，ABI〈0．9是冠脉三支病变及B2／C型复杂病变的独立预测因子（OR值分别为3．620、4．011）；多元逐步回归分析显示Gensini评分的主要影响因素为ABI和年龄．结论ABI〈09者箭味病蛮得庸糖雷ABI可以作为顸测每杂箭腻病蛮的指标．

The study on relationship between severity of coronary arterystenosis and ankle-brachial index

Objective To study the relationship between the severity of coronary artery stenosis and ankle-brachial index（ABI）. Methods This study enrolled 180 patients, who underwent coronary angiography and ABI measurement in addition to date collection regarding cardiovascular risk factors. They were divided into two groups according to ABI. The correlation between cardiovascular risk factors, ABI and the CAD severity were analyzed. Results Compared with control group, Gensini score, three vessel and B2/C type stenotic le- sion was significantly higher in observation group. Binary regression analysis showed that ABI correlated with several risk factors, and ABI was a statistically significant independent predictor for three vessel or complex （B2/C） stenotic lesions and odds ratio were 3. 620 and 4. 011 respectively. The stepwise multivariable regres- sion analysis shown, ABI and age enter the gensini score regression equation. Conclusion The patients with ABI 〈0. 9 have more severe artery stenosis, ABI can be a good predictor of severe coronary artery disease.
