| 摘 要： | 目的探讨右旋美托咪定对老年高血压患者全麻围手术期血流动力学的影响。方法 22例老年高血压择期手术患者,随机分为两组：实验组麻醉诱导前静脉微量泵入右旋美托咪定,对照组则微量泵入相同剂量的生理盐水,观察两组患者泵入前后、手术前后各时点血流动力学指标变化。结果实验组HR、SBP值泵药后各时点明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,泵药后15min时点两组患者DBP也存在明显差异（P〈0.05）;在开皮后10min和30min时点实验组HR明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,SBP值在开皮后30 min时点和手术完毕时点明显高于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,SBP值在开皮后30 min时点明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论右旋美托咪定能有效降低老年高血压患者全身麻醉期间的应激反应,保持血流动力学各项指标相对平稳。
