| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨苦参素对慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)可溶性Fas/Fasl的表达。方法 1 2 0例CHB ,随机分为A、B二组。A组采用苦参素治疗 ,B组甘利欣治疗 ,疗程 3个月。肝组织采用免疫组化SP法及血清采用ELISA法检测Fas、Fasl。结果 肝组织及血清中Fas/Fasl的表达强弱与慢性肝炎程度有关 ,经治疗后A组肝组织及血清中Fas/Fasl的表达明显下降 ,与B组对比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas/Fasl介导的细胞凋亡参与了慢性乙型肝炎的发病机制 ,苦参素可能是通过调节Fas/Fasl的表达 ,发挥其治疗作用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of expression of Fas/Fasl of chronic hepatitis B (CHB)treatment with kurorinone.Methods 120 patients with CHB were randomly divided into group A and B,60 patients in group A was received kurorinone for 3 months.However, 60 patients in group B received diammonium glycyrrhizin.The Fas/Fasl were examined immunohistochemically by SP or ELISA method.Results The expression of Fas/Fasl was correlated with the degree of CHB.At the end of treatment, the expression of Fas/Fasl in the live tissue or serum in group A was lower than group B (P<0.05).Conclusions Fas/Fasl -induced apoptosis and necrosis contribute to pathogenesis of CHB. Kurorinone is effective to treat CHB by down-regulating the expression of Fas/Fasl. |
