医院内意外烫伤的病因与预防

目的：回顾分析医院内意外烫伤的原因及治疗和预防措施。方法：1997年1月至2005年3月间共治疗院内烫伤33例，其中家属擅自给患者取暖烫伤18例（占54．5％），治疗过程中意外烫伤15例（占45．5％）。结果：19例应用MEBO（湿润烧伤膏）反复换药，创面完全愈合，无瘢痕及功能障碍；14例手术辅以MEBO治疗，均得到一期愈合，其中1例双足瘢痕挛缩畸形功能差，经二期手术修复后功能恢复，均未给病人造成不良影响。结论：对住院患者及其家属应常规进行烧伤知识的宣传与教育，医护人员严格执行各项技术操作常规，共同加强医患保护意识，是减少或杜绝医院内患者偶发烫伤的有效途径。

Causes of accidental scald in hospital and its prevention and treatment

Objective: To review and analyze the causes of scald happened in hospital and the way of its prevention and treatment. Method: From Jan. 1997 to Mar. 2005, we treated 33 cases of scald happened in hospital. Among them, 18 cases were scalded when they warmed themselves with steam heat (accounted for 54.5 %) and 15 cases were scalded when they received treatment (accounted for 45.5%). Result: 19 cases were treated with MEBO until the wounds completely healed. No scar formed and no dysfunction happened. 14 cases re- ceived surgical operation in association with MEBO treatment. The wounds were healed in I~(st) intention, accept for one case healed with cicatri- cial contraction in both feet and the function was not good. This patient received a secondary surgical operation and the function finally recov- ered. Conclusion: It is important to publicize the knowledge of preventing accidental scald and burn, so that the patients can protect them- selves. Medical workers should adhere strictly to the egulations of technical operations. Cooperation of medical workers and patients is an ef- fective approach to the prevention of accidental scald in hospital.
