警察心理健康问题及影响因素的调查研究

目的研究警察心理健康问题及影响因素。方法采用自制一般情况问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、成人艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、简易应对方式量表、社会支持量表对200名警察进行问卷调查。结果1警察SCL-90躯体化、强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖因子与中国成人常模存在显著性差异(P0.05～P0.01);2警察SCL-90所有因子与EPQ中精神质维度、神经质维度和简易应对方式中消极应对方式呈显著正相关(P0.05～P0.01);与EPQ中内外向维度简易应对方式中社会支持、积极应对方式呈负相关(P0.05～P0.01)。结论1警察的心理健康问题主要表现在躯体化、强迫、敌对三方面,而人际关系、恐怖两方面要优于一般人群;2警察的人格特征、应对方式与其心理健康水平具有一定的相关性,对警察的心理健康有重要影响。

Investigation On Mental Health Problems of Police and Influencing Factors

Objective To study mental health problems of the police and influencing factors.Methods With self-made ordinary circumstances questionnaire,symptom checklist（SCL-90）,adult Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,coping style scale and social support scale,a questionnaire investigation was carried cut on 200 police officers.Results ①Police officers in the SCL-90 scale of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relations,hostility and phobic showed a significant difference compared with China adults norm（P0.05~P0.01）;②Police in all factors of SCL-90 had remarkable positive relevance with the spirits of the psychoticism dimension,neuroticism dimension in personality characteristics（EPQ）and the negative coping style in simple manner scale（P0.05~P0.01）;which had negative correlation with the internal and external dimension,social support,active coping style in personality characteristics（EPQ）（P0.05~P0.01）.Conclusion ①Police＇s mental health problems mainly express in somatization,obsessive-compulsive and hostility,while the interpersonal relationships and terrorism are superior to the general population;②Police＇s personality characteristics（EPQ）and coping style have certain relevance with their mental health level,which play a decisive role in their mental health.
