| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合康复训练对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复的影响。方法对38例患者进行了系统的康复治疗,用ASIA标准评分、ADLBarthel指数、FIM量表评定SCI患者的功能状况。结果治疗后,颈髓、胸腰髓不完全损害者ASIA损伤分级运动、感觉评分均有显著改善(P<0.01)。胸腰髓完全损伤者运动、感觉评分有改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),颈髓完全损伤者运动、感觉评分均无改善(P>0.05)。所有脊髓损伤患者治疗前后生活质量Barthel指数、FIM得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合康复治疗能显著改善和提高脊髓损伤患者的综合功能。
