曲美他嗪联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性

目的：探讨曲美他嗪联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将80例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组加用曲美他嗪和氯吡格雷,疗程8周,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、心电图变化和不良反应等。结果：观察组患者在心绞痛有效控制率、心电图改善情况和总缺血时间等方面明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）,未见明显不良反应发生。结论：曲美他嗪联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果佳,安全性高,值得临床应用推广。

To study Trimetazidine Combined Clopidogrel Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine combined clopidogrel treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods：80 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The observation group using conventional treatment methods,the observation group with trimetazidine combined clopidogrel. After 8 weeks,comparison of the clinical efficacy,ECG changes,adverse events of two groups of patients. Results：The observation group is significantly better than the control group in heart rate,ECG changes and total ischemic time,there is no significant adverse events. Conclusions：trimetazidine combined clopidogrel treatment of unstable angina pectoris has positive clinical effects and high security,it is worthy of clinical application.
