| 摘 要： | Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ水迷宫是检测动物记忆水平的重要工具，结合应用Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ水迷宫开展对老年性痴呆防治研究的实践体会，探讨了Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ水迷宫所检测的记忆属怀、检测程序和数据统计方法。提出在Ｍｏｒｒｉｓ水迷宫中检测到的可能是实验动物的一种长时的陈述性记忆，胡强调在数据统计中应注意采取重复测量数据的统计方法进行分析。

| Abstract: | Memory attribution,measuring procedure and the method of data processing in the Morris water maze(MWM) test were discussed after reviewing the former researches on animal memory tests with MWM.The report proposed that animal memory detected in the MWM may be a kind of long_term and declarative memory,and emphasized that the statistical methods for repeated measurement should be applied in the data analysis for MWM test. |
