氯胺酮雾化吸入对哮喘大鼠气道高反应性的影响

摘    要:目的:观察氯胺酮雾化吸入对哮喘模型大鼠气道高反应性的影响.方法:40只Brown Norway大鼠随机分成对照组(C组)、哮喘模型组(A组)、氯胺酮1组(K1组)、氯胺酮2组(K2组)、氯胺酮3组(K3组),应用动物体描箱法测定大鼠的气道反应性,采用RT-PCR反应测定核因子-κB(NF-κB)的基因表达,采用免疫组化的方法观察NF-κB在支气管上皮的表达.结果:在乙酰胆碱(ACH)浓度为50、100、200 μg/kg时,K1、K2、K3组呼气阻力(Re)的增长率明显小于A组(P<0.01);在ACH浓度为50、100、200 μg/kg时,K1、K2、K3组肺动态顺应性(Cldyn)的下降率明显小于A组(P<0.01).大鼠肺NF-κB p65 mRNA的表达水平和支气管上皮NF-κB阳性细胞率A组显著高于C组(P<0.05),治疗组K1、K2、K3明显低于A组(P<0.05).结论:氯胺酮雾化吸入治疗可明显减轻哮喘模型大鼠气道高反应性.

Abstract:Face to the new history mission of constructing the innovative high school and creative nation, Chinese higher education confronts a new rigorous challenge. There are many factors affect cultivation of the creative talent, such as traditional educational principle, teaching mode, management style with teaching knowledge as the core, and management movement mode which based on the administrative management, and enrolling new students and examination mode of higher education. The author believed that Chinese higher education needed to be reformed further and deeply. He also proposed carrying out the change of education principle and teaching mode, constructing the campus culture to promote to creative talent to grow up, setting up modern university system and building up a diverse system of high test.
