眼眶容积的螺旋CT测量

摘    要:目的应用螺旋CT测量眼眶容积,探讨正常眼眶容积的发育规律.方法应用CT扫描及重建技术测量123例正常眼眶容积,分析其与年龄、性别、眼球体积、颧骨间距及眶深的关系.结果眼眶容积与年龄呈显著正相关(P<0.01),14岁以下男女眼眶容积差异无显著性(r=0.817,P>0.05),14岁后男性眶容积大于女性(P<0.05).眼眶容积与外眶距正相关(P<0.05).眼球/眼眶比率随年龄增长由0.4降至0.26.结论眼眶发育呈线性增长,球/眶比率随年龄增长而减小.

Abstract:Objective To study the orbital volume growth and its relation with gender, age, the distance of interzygoma and orbital cavity depth by CT. Methods A total of 123 patients (64 males, 59 females) underwent CT scanning, and the orbital volume, the length of globe anterioposterior axis, horizontal transverse axis, the distance of interzygoma, and the orbital cavity depth were measured. The orbital volume of different groups of age and gender were analyzed. The correlation between orbital volume and the distance of interzygoma, orbital cavity depth were estimated. Results A strong linear correlation was observed between age and orbital volume ( r =0.817, P <0.05) under 14 years. Orbital volume in man is bigger than that in woman after 14 years. A linear correlation was also found between orbital volume and the distance of interzygoma ( r =0.624, P <0.01), and the ratio of eyeball/orbit descended with age. Conclusion The ratio of eyeball/orbit descend with age in normal subjects.
