胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理分析

目的 :探讨胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理学特征及合理诊治措施。方法 :回顾分析 1989年 5月 -2 0 0 0年 6月经手术治疗病理证实的胃肠道、腹膜后间质瘤 2 3例 ,就其诊断方法、检查手段、手术方式进行分析。结果 :本组 2 3例患者中 ,发生于胃肠道 16例 (6 9 5 % ) ,腹膜后 7例 (30 5 % ) ;良性间质瘤 9例(39 2 % ) ,恶性间质瘤 14例 (6 0 8% )。 2 3例均行手术切除 ,临床表现以腹部肿块、隐痛为主。结论 :胃肠道间质瘤的临床表现和影像学检查无特异性 ,明确诊断需依靠病理学检查。手术切除是有效的治疗方法。

Clinicopathological Analysis of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Objective To explore the clinicopathological features and appreciative strategy of diagnosis and treatment of GISTs.Methods The clinicopathological materials of twenty three patients with GIST were reviewed retrospectively from May,1989 to June,2000 who were well determined by surgery and pathology.The diagnostic methods,examination processes and the way of surgery were discussed.Results Among 23 patients the tumors of 16 patients were localized in gastroperitoneum.Nine patients were benign and the other 14 patients were malignant.All accepted surgical removing.Conclusions There is no specificity of the imaging and clinical menifestaion of GISTs.We must depend on pathological examinations for the correct diagnosis.Surgical removing is an effective method.
