| 摘 要： | 目的检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性发作期患者治疗前后血清瘦素水平的变化。方法用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定COPD患者治疗前后的血清瘦素水平。结果COPD患者在治疗前瘦素水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01），治疗后与治疗前水平比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论COPD患者瘦素水平与病情的发展及预后密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the change of serum leptin in acute stage in COPD patient before and after therapy. Methods Serum leptin levels of patient with COPD before and after therapy were examined by double antibody sandwich method. Results The leptin levels were significantly different between patient with COPD and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the leptin levels were significantly different before and after therapy. Conclusion Leptin levels in patients with COPD are closely related with the development of disease and prognosis. |
