摘    要:本项研究系对麻醉狗采用吸入低氧混合气所致的缺氧,吸入纯氧所致的无氧性缺氧和室息性缺氧时,观察脑血流量、颅内压和脑电图的变化。结果表明:缺氧时脑电图的变化具有时相性的特征:首先出现低振幅快波,然后是高振幅慢波,接着是高振幅慢波和电静息相间出现,最后是脑电活动的完全消失。当中断缺氧后,脑电图则经过相反的时相变化而恢复正常。各种类型的缺氧都可引起脑血流量的增加,颅内压升高和动、静脉血PH的变化。

Abstract:The present study was made in anesthetized dogs with inhaled hypoxic mixture , and inhaled pure nitrogen caused anoxic hypoxia and apneumatic hypoxia.The volume of cerebral blood flow, intracranial pressure and Eleetroencepha- logram(EEG)were examined. The results were as follows:There was a time phasic character of EEG during hypoxia. At an early hypoxia,the fast waves with low amplitude were occurred, and then were high amplitude of slow waves, witlrhypoxia increased ,the high amplitude of slow waves accompanied with electric rest appearance, the EEG activity could complete disipper at the last time. After stop of hypoxia, the EEGs recoverd to the original level as in reverse time phasic variation. At the same time different types of hypoxia were caused volume of cerebral blood flow increased,the intracranial pressure raised, and the changes of arterial and veinal blood samples. The possible mechanism of the changes on cerebral blood flow, intracranial pressure and EEG were discussed.
