羊水乙酰胆碱酯酶凝胶电泳法产前诊断神经管缺陷
摘    要:本文应用羊水乙酰胆碱酯酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对375例羊水进行测定,其中正常妊娠羊水305例,神经管缺陷羊水37例及其它异常情况32例,全部得到了正确诊断。同时还研究了羊水乙酰胆碱酯酶的来源。通过此方法与羊水AFP及总胆碱酯酶的比较,认为此方法为产前诊断NTDs的最佳方法。

Amniotic fluid acetylcholinesterase gel electrophoresis for prenatal diagnosis of neural tube defects

Abstract:Method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of amniotic fluid acetylcholines-nterase was used to detect 375 pregnancies,including 305 normal pregnacies, 37 pregnancies with open neural tube defects (NTDs) and 32 pregnancies with other fetal malformations.Correct diagnoses resulted in all of these cases. This method showed the advantage of being not influenced by mother' s or fetal blood contamination and gestational age.Meanwhile,the source of acetylcholinesterase in the amniotic fluid was also studied.Compared with methods of amniotic fluid alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and total cholinesterase (TChE) ,the acetylcholinesterase test might be the best one for early prenatal diagnosis of neural tube defects.
