| 摘 要： | 蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用的研究是蛋白质组学的重要内容，随着研究的深入，促进了研究技术的发展和完善。本文将对研究蛋白质相互作用的技术-酵母双杂交、化学能量共振能量转移、双分子荧光互补技术、荧光能量转移技术、生物分子相互作用分析技术、蛋白质芯片等技术的特点及应用做一综述。
