闽产砂仁与山姜的蛋白电泳鉴别

摘    要:鉴于药材市场大量存在的砂仁与山姜混用的混乱现象,本研究以蛋白质分子为指标,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法,对闽产砂仁与山姜的种子进行蛋白电泳图谱测定,研究结果表明,二者蛋白电泳图谱具有显著差异。据此,可从分子水平对砂仁与山姜加以鉴别。

Abstract:Because of the confusion of Amonum(Amonum Villosum Lour) and Alpinia(Alpinia japonica (thunb) Miq.) in market,the seeds of Fujian produced Amonum and Alpinia have been discriminated with protein electrophretogram.With the method of polyarylamide gel electrophresis,the protein molecule was used as the index.The result showed that,the protein electrophretogram between these two drugs was obviously different.So that these two drugs can be differentiated from each other in the level of molecule.
