非血缘异基因外周血干细胞移植治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的临床研究

目的确保重庆市首例非血缘异基因外周血干细胞移植(URD-PBSCT)治疗慢性粒细胞白血病成功.方法对接受URD-PBSCT的慢性粒细胞白血病患者移植过程进行总结分析.结果患者造血重建迅速,中性粒细胞>0.5×109/L,血小板>20×109/L的时间分别为 13d、 16d, 17d患者的血型由O型转变为供者的B型,并经STR复检证实患者的性染色体由XY转为供者型的性染色体XX;移植过程中未见GVHD、VOD等严重并发症,骨髓细胞bcr/abl融合基因于 27d检查完全消失, 100d再次复查仍为阴性.结论重庆市首例URD-PBSCT治疗慢性粒细胞白血病患者获得圆满成功,URD-PBSCT可成为某些白血病得以根治的重要手段.

Clinical investigation on unrelated-donor peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for patient with CML

Objective To insure success of unrelated-donor peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(URD-PBSCT)for patient with CML at the first time in chongqing.Methods To summarize and analyse the whole couse of URD-PBSCT for patient with CML.Results The patient was engrafted and hematopoieteic reconstitution was rapid: the mean days of ANC recovery were 13d up to 0.5> 10~9/L and PLT was 16d up to >20 10~9/L;the blood type B was 17d began to transform, the sex chromosome was XX by STR method; the bcr/abl gene checked on 27d and 100d in bone marrow cells were disappear; the acute GVHD and VOD were not seen.Conclusion Our study suggests that URD-PBSCT is an effective therapeutic option for CML patients.
