健康女性腰椎骨密度与年龄和绝经的关系

通过对健康女性进行 DEXA骨密度检测 ,探讨腰椎骨密度的变化与年龄增长的关系 ,及老年性骨质疏松症及绝经后骨质疏松的发病规律 ,为骨质疏松病人提供群体防治依据。对 338例健康非体力劳动女性采用美国 Holgic公司生产的 QDR- 4 5 0 0型双能 X线吸收仪进行腰椎正侧位扫描 ,检测腰椎骨密度值 ,对所得数据进行分析比较。结果证实骨密度 30岁以前呈增加趋势 ,30～ 35岁达峰值 ,此后逐渐下降 ,5 0岁以后明显下降 ,绝经后时间越长 ,骨质疏松发病率越高 ,说明老年性骨质疏松症发病与年龄增长及绝经时间长短有关

TEST AND ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN LUMBAR BONE DENSITY AND AG EMENOPAUSE IN HEALTHY FEMALE

To find the relation between changes of lumbar bone density and age, pathologic law of senile osteoporosis and postmenopausal osteoporosis, and provide basis of prevention and treatment for patients with osteoporosis, 338 health females were performed anteroposterior and lateral lumbar scanning with QDR 4500 dual energy X ray absorptionmetry made in U.S. Holgic company, analyzing and comparing the bone density value. The results showed that the bone density increases before the age of 30 reaches the peak in 30-35, decreases gradually afterwards and remarkably after 50. The longer the postmenopause and the higher the osteoporosis incidence, which proved that the incidence of osteoporosis is associated with age increase and menopause period.
