假肢装配中心理干预38例结果分析

目的探讨假肢装配中心理状况的变化及心理干预对患者心理健康状况的影响。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）于假肢装配前、装配后、假肢训练及心理干预后对38例患者进行评估。于假肢训练过程中实施心理干预。结果假肢装配前，5例各项因子评分均正常，33例存在不同因子的异常；假肢装配后，除躯体化、人际关系、精神病性因子外，其他因子分均升高（P<0.05）；训练干预后，所有因子评分均下降（P<0.05）。结论假肢装配患者存在不同程度的心理障碍，假肢刚装配后心理健康状况最差，经过假肢适应训练配合心理干预，能有效消除患者心理障碍。

Psychological Intervention on 38 Patients Accepting Prosthesis

ObjectiveTo observe the psychological state in patients accepting prosthesis and the effect of psychological intervention on them. Methods38 patients were assessed with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) before, after prosthesis fitting, and after rehabilitation training and psychological intervention. ResultsThere were 33 cases with somehow disorder in some factors of SCL-90 before prosthesis fitting. Except somatization, interpersonal and psychotic factors, all the other factors increased after fitting （P<0.05）. All the factors scored lower after rehabilitation and intervention （P<0.05）. ConclusionPatients accepting prosthesis appear with some psychological disorders, and get worst after prosthesis fitting. Rehabilitation training and psychological intervention can relieve these disorders.
