PBL教学法在传染病临床见习中的应用体会

摘    要:在传染病学临床见习课上,试行以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)取得了初步效果,明显增强了学生主动学习的积极性,教与学的互动性得到改善,采集分析临床资料的能力得到加强。同时,PBL在应用过程中也存在着问题,如一部分学生不喜欢PBL教学法,设备和师资不足,课时不能满足PBL要求等,并针对这些问题提出了对策。

Abstract:In my hospital' s infectious disease clinical practice, we tried proach, and obtained preliminary results. It has significantly enhanced problem-based learning (PBL) apstudents' learning enthusiasm, improved the interaction between teaching and learning, and strengthened students' ability to acquire and analyze clinical data. However, there are problems in PBL application such as some students' dislike of PBL approach, lack of equipment and teachers, and limited teaching hours which cannot meet the requirement of PBL. The paper proposes countermeasures.
