| Abstract: | By carrying out standardized nursing service and seeking for nurse-patient communication methods and techniques,we can build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship effectively,in order to meet the increasing needs of self-care,service awareness,safety awareness of the patients. Thus we can improve nursing service quality and promote development of nursing service. |
