头痛新1号对偏头痛患者血浆和血小板中NO和NO合酶含量的调整作用

摘    要:[目的]观察头痛新1号冲剂(TX1)对偏头痛患者血小板和血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS) 系统的影响,探讨TX1治疗偏头痛的机制。[方法]分别测定偏头痛患者不同时期血小板、血浆NO生成量和NOS含量,并与健康者相对照。[结果]在偏头痛发作期组血浆NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康者组(P<0.01),发作期组高于间歇期组(P<0.01),而偏头痛发作期组和间歇期组血小板NO生成量和NOS含量均高于健康者组(P<0.01); 但在该药作用下,血浆和血小板NO生成及NOS含量减少(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]血浆和血小板NO、NOS系统在偏头痛发病中可能有重要作用,TX1对此系统起调节作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate effects Toutong Xin No.l (TX1) on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) levels in platelet and plasma of migraineurs during episode and remission and to explore its mechanism. [Methods] NO and NOS levels in platelet and plasma of migraineurs during episode and remission were measured and were compared with those of healthy volunteers (Group A). [Results] NO and NOS levels in the plasma of migraineurs during episode (Group B) were higher than those during remission (Group C) and Group A (P < 0.01 ). NO and NOS levels in the platelet of Group B and Group C were also higher than those of Group A (P < 0.01 ). NO and NOS levels in the plasma and platelet of migraineurs were decreased after the treatment with TX1 ( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 as compared with those before treatment) . [Conclusion] NO and NOS levels in the plasma and platelet probably play an important role in the development of migraine and TX1 exerts a regulatory effect on NO/ NOS levels in the plasma and platelet.
