子宫颈环形电切术诊治子宫颈疾病的临床意义

目的探讨子宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)的临床意义。方法回顾性分析因子宫颈病变行阴道镜下多点活检再行LEEP手术的患者74例,采用自身对照法,对比研究LEEP术后与阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果。结果 53例(71.6%)LEEP术后与阴道镜下多点活检的病理检查结果完全相符,16例(16.2%)LEEP术后病理结果较阴道镜下多点活检病理升级,其中4例为宫颈浸润癌。治疗了11例增生性子宫颈管黏膜炎。结论子宫颈环形电切术在宫颈疾病的诊治中具有重要临床意义。

The clinical significance of loop electrosurgical excision procedure for the diagnosis and therapy of cervical lesions

Objective To explore the clinical significance of loop electrosurgical excision rocedure(LEEP) by comparing the pathological findings of multiple punch biopsy under colposcopy and LEEP in different types of cervical lesions.Methods 74 patients were treated by LEEP after multiple punch biopsy under colposcoy,and then by the self-control method the result of LEEP and multiple punch biopsy were compared.Results 53 patients(71.6%) pathological results corresponded to the multiple punch biopsy,but 16 patients(16.2%) had upgraded pathological results,in which 4 cases belonged to cervical infiltrating carcinoma.Among them,11 cases of hyperplastic cervical catarrh were treated.Conclusion LEEP play an important role in the diagnosis and therapy of cervical lesions.
