血清胱抑素C与尿白蛋白肌酐比联合检测评价老年糖耐量受损患者肾功能的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)与尿微量白蛋白肌酐比(U Malb/UCr)联合检测对老年糖耐量受损(IGT)患者肾功能的评估价值。方法选取84位老年糖耐量受损患者和80位健康对照者,检测血清CysC、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、UMalb/UCr、糖化血红蛋白A1c(HbA1c)等。结果糖耐量受损组患者血清CysC、U Malb/UCr明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),血清CysC、U Malb/UCr阳性检出率在IGT组为35.7%和29.7%,联合检出率为42.8%。结论血清CysC、U Malb/UCr是检出老年IGT患者早期肾功能损害的敏感有效指标,两者联合检测可早期发现老年IGT患者肾功能损害。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum cystatin C and urine albumin-to-creatinine ra- tio in the evaluation of early renal function for the elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods 84 ca- ses of impaired glucose tolerance, and 80 cases healthy controls, were determined serum CysC, Cr, BUN, urinary albu- min and creatinine, HbA1 c. Results 1. Serum CysC and urine mALB/cr of IGT group compared with control group were significant difference (P 〈0.05) ;2. Among the IGT group,the e~sitive rates of serum CysC and urine albumin- to-creatinine ratio were 35.7% and 29.7% respectively, the positive rates of combined determination of serum CysC and urine mALB/er were 42.8%. Conclusion The serum CysC and urine albumin-to-ereatinine ratio determination are sensitive for evaluation early renal damage in elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance.
