摘    要:在以微生物次级代谢产物为来源的 ,唑类抗真菌药物活性增强剂的筛选过程中 ,从一株真菌Talaromyces sp FKI- 0 0 76的发酵液中 ,经反向 ODS柱层析和反向半制备高效液相色谱的分离 ,获得一个分子量为 6 6 2的不稳定大环多内酯类抗生素 :FKI- 0 0 76 E2。光谱分析表明 ,它与 BK2 2 3- B同质。根据对 FKI-0 0 76 E2不稳定性的研究 ,首次提出了化学结构变化可能的机理

Abstract:In the course of screening for substances indicating synergistic effects with clinic used miconazole as well as antifungal agent, a unstable macrocyclic polylactones: FKI 0076E2 was extracted and isolated from fermentation broth of a fungi: Talaromyces sp. FKI 0076 by ODS open column and semi preparative HPLC. Based on spectroscopic data and the comparison with those of BK223 B, FKI 0076E2 was structurally identified as BK223 B. For the first time, the chemical mechanism of mutual transformation of FKI 0076E2, FKI 0076E1 and FKI 0076A was proposed; Opening of cyclic lactone of the macrocyclic polylactones in water causes the unstability.
