肝动脉瘤的诊断和外科治疗

目的 探讨肝动脉瘤的诊治经验。方法 对本组7例肝动脉瘤的临床资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果 除1例经健康普查无症状就诊外，本组其余病例的临床表现大都危急笃重，计急性剧烈腹痛4例次，瘤体破裂并出血3例次，腹痛不适，扪得腹部搏动性包块3例次。彩色多普勒超声检查是本组最基本的诊断手段，即使疑为瘤体破裂的病例也没有放弃床边B超检查，全部病例都手术治疗，没有发生肝脏的血供障碍，无围手术期死亡。结论 所有病例都可经彩色多普勒超声检查明确诊断，只要诊断、处理及时合理，对大多数肝动脉瘤而言，是可以争取到较好疗效的。

DIAGNOSIS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT OF HEPAT-ANEURYSM

Objective To explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment for hepat-aneurysm.Methods 7 patients with hepat-aneurysm were analysed.Results The diagnosis chiefly depended on screenage examination owing to lack of specific clinical findings on most cases.It was stressed that ultrasonic examination by color Doppler's method was simple?practical?safe?exact speciality and recommended as the basically diagnostic method.All patients were operated on time and had no perioperative death.Conclusion Hepat-aneurysm is exactly diagnosed by ultrasonic examinatio by color Doppler's method,simple operations should be used as far as possible on condition that the blood supply of liver is assured utilizing collateral circulation of body blood.
