无线射频识别技术在门急诊输液中的应用效果

摘    要:目的:探讨无线射频识别(RFID)技术在门急诊输液过程中的临床应用效果。方法:将2008年5月~2009年5月门急诊输液的37 681例患者作为对照组,采用常规输液。2009年7月~2010年7月门急诊输液的43 251例患者作为试验组,使用RFID门急诊输液系统输液。RFID门急诊输液系统是我院与台湾富士康公司合作,研发、应用门急诊RFID输液系统,再造门急诊输液流程,并对全体护士进行培训及考核,建立健全监控、考核制度,确保实施效果。结果:对照组发生姓名差错、输错或换错液体7例,发生提前拔针造成患者再次穿刺26例,漏输1组或2组液体6例;试验组应用RFID门急诊输液系统后,无输液护理差错发生,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组人工核对所需时间为(51.4±3.2)s,患者排队等候时间(从患者排队取药交费至输上液体)为(120±27.4)min;试验组人工核对所需时间为(15.1±2.4)s,患者排队等候时间为(90±6.4)min,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在发生未做皮试行静脉穿刺上无统计学意义(P>0.05)。投诉率由应用前的14次降至2次,服务满意率由应用前的79.8%上升至92.4%。结论:RFID技术在门急诊输液中的运用有效解决了我院门急诊输液中存在的安全隐患和缺陷,优化了输液流程,值得推广使用,各医院可结合实际情况对系统维护、更新,确保门急诊输液患者用药安全。

The application effect of radio frequency identification technology on outpatient and emergency infusion

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of radio frequency identification (REID)technology on outpatient and emergency infusion. Methods:37 681 patients with energeny infusion from May 2008 to May 2009 with the control group,and 43 251 patients from July 2009 to July 2010 were given RFID infusion system with experimental group. Developed and applied RFID infusion system by cooperating with Taiwan Foxconnco,we reengineer outpatient and emergency infusion process. We trained and assessed all nurses and improved monitoring and evaluating system to ensure the effects of implementation. Re- suits : In control group there were 7 cases who were mistaken names or infused wrong parenteral solution ,26 cases who had to get venipuncture again because being finished infusion ahead of time and 5 cases who were missed infusing 1 or 2 groups of parenteral solution. But there were no mistakes ih infusion in experimental group after the application of REID. In comparison with the two groups, variance had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). In control group time was (51.4 ±3.2 )s on verifying names, but it was( 15.1 ± 2.4 )s in experimental group. On time of queuing of payment, getting medicine and being infused, it was( 120 ±27.4)min in control group, but(90 ±6.4)rain in experimental group,comparision of the two groups,the difference was statically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no statistical significance on mistakes of infusing medicine without cutantests on patients while it was requsted ( P 〉 0.05 ). The ratio of complaint was 14:2 and the percentage of satisfaction was 79.8% to 92.4% in comparison between control group and experimental group. Conclusion:The use of RFID technology on outpatient and emergency infusion has effectively solved safety problems and defects of transfusion. It optimize the infusion process and should be promoted. Hospitals should maintain and update the RFID system to make sure the safety of infusion in patients.
